SK Minhaj Uddin is a very successful entrepreneur and director of Valueman Organic Agritech Pvt Ltd.,ValueBricks.Com Pvt Ltd. (2009), and managing partners of Valueman Organic LLP (2012) and Valueman Industries. Minhaj is the driving force of the organization. He had a bright and exquisite academic career holding a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration from f Kanpur University and a post graduate diploma in Management from NCR with specialization in HRD, Finance & IT from one of the top five private management colleges in India after completing his Commerce graduation from William Carey’s Serampore College. Minhaj was acclaimed for preparing the best project report on “Quality of Life of the Employees of Indian Oil Corporation”, Guwahati [Noonmati] refinery during his internship in IOCL. He also acquired Professional Doctorate in Management [PDM] from National Institute of Management, Mumbai.
After serving two management colleges, Minhaj intended to shape his career in corporate sector and received huge applause for his article ‘Industrial policy in India: A comparative Analysis’ published in Masterstroke Vol1, No2. Stepping into agro-farming sector, Minhaj started ‘Valueman Consultancy Services’and made it a corporate entity by converting it into ‘Valueman Consultancy Services Private Limited’ (Presently Valueman Organic Agritech Pvt Ltd.). Implementation of HR System and Practices in Global Agro Ltd through establishing HR department in the company is also a new feather in his cap. His highlighted areas are statutory compliance, Shop & Establishment Act [State Wise], Employment Exchange Act 1959 [Compulsory Notification of Vacancy], HR Operations (day to day), HR initiative, HR Planning, Office Standing regulation and etc. Minhaj got an excellent exposure in two premier IT & HR consulting companies operating PAN India, titled Syncsys Infotech Pvt Ltd. & Career Connect.Com Pvt Ltd.
In his illustrious career, he has worked with leading organizations like DABUR AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE, MAX NEW YORK, ITC, GENPACT, BIRLA LIFE, D&G BUTTON, CHIRAG [R. P.
